Yes I know it’s weird but, hear me out. You know turning a phone on/off actually use a massive amount of power itself. But if you are planning to go somewhere like office or any place where you do not want to take calls or even while sleeping hours so you can turn your phone off and save your battery.
- Do not follow the procedure of full charge or full discharge
Avoid letting your battery all the way down, once you know that your battery is like 20%, charge it up but not till the peak doing so will enhance your battery life, with lithium-based batteries, doing shallow discharges and frequent charging prolongs battery life.
- Switching off the Vibration feature
If your phone is already on ringing mode, turning off the vibration function will help as consumes a lot of juice, and that’s about it.

What’s the point of having a smartphone if I’m not even allowed to use the features, you already know it will be a while before your phone’s next charge, don’t use the camera or connect to the Internet. Flash photography can drain your battery especially quickly thus avoid all unnecessary applications at that time.
- Turn off the non-essential notifications
It seems as though almost every app now polls the internet in search of updates, news, messages, and other information. When it finds something, the app may chime, light up your screen and display a message, make your LED blink, or do all of the above. All of these things consume battery so it’s better to turn off while you are low on battery life.
- Turning off your Mobile data-
Turning off mobile data when you’re not using it will help your battery life in a mesmerizing way, surely you will notice a change in your phones battery life. Mobile data asks your phone to send signals, this sending and receiving of signals consumes a whole ton of your battery life.
