Having a Long Battery Life…

“Yes, it can happen”

Consider yourself doing a work so important that the human race depends on it, you fix your posture, take your cellphone out to call your favorite superheroes, but what you see is a dead cellphone and bad guys on you.
Bad, right? Coming to my point a phones Battery Life determines how good the phone is, especially for us, we don’t care what the specs are, if it runs for more than a day on battery it’s a good phone, more than one day? That’s a miracle. Never lose that phone.

Whenever you are planning to buy any smart phone there are a few factors that play their respective roles like we test the camera for taking pictures, the memory, how responsive it is and a few not mentioned points more. These smartphones come with Lithium Batteries which require regular optimization to perform at their full. Once you know how, you can optimize your phone’s battery life indefinitely.

Here are some tips and tricks that shall help you saving your battery allowing it to last longer than it used to before.

  • Switch off your cell phone

Yes I know it’s weird but, hear me out. You know turning a phone on/off actually use a massive amount of power itself. But if you are planning to go somewhere like office or any place where you do not want to take calls or even while sleeping hours so you can turn your phone off and save your battery.

  • Do not follow the procedure of full charge or full discharge

Avoid letting your battery all the way down, once you know that your battery is like 20%, charge it up but not till the peak doing so will enhance your battery life, with lithium-based batteries, doing shallow discharges and frequent charging prolongs battery life.

  • Switching off the Vibration feature

If your phone is already on ringing mode, turning off the vibration function will help as consumes a lot of juice, and that’s about it.

  • Avoid using unnecessary features-

What’s the point of having a smartphone if I’m not even allowed to use the features, you already know it will be a while before your phone’s next charge, don’t use the camera or connect to the Internet. Flash photography can drain your battery especially quickly thus avoid all unnecessary applications at that time.

  • Turn off the non-essential notifications

It seems as though almost every app now polls the internet in search of updates, news, messages, and other information. When it finds something, the app may chime, light up your screen and display a message, make your LED blink, or do all of the above. All of these things consume battery so it’s better to turn off while you are low on battery life.

  • Turning off your Mobile data-

Turning off mobile data when you’re not using it will help your battery life in a mesmerizing way, surely you will notice a change in your phones battery life. Mobile data asks your phone to send signals, this sending and receiving of signals consumes a whole ton of your battery life.
